Being Mindful also entails knowing when we need to call a Time Out and do a Gratitude Check to get centered.

To a professional athlete, calling a Time Out can be a crucial moment with a winning strategy; to know when to take a breather and reassess their focus of energy. 

It is knowing when to take a pit stop before running out of gas and preparing our Selves to finish strong.

We avoid setbacks by paying attention to warning signs and taking appropriate actions rather than ignoring them and inevitably breaking down at a greater cost.

Why end up learning the Hard Way when there is a less stressful option known as taking a Time Out that is often overlooked and underutilized yet powerful and effective.
