Getting Grounded and Centered in Self refers to a state of Being in which we are consciously aware and embodying our inner Truth in the present moment.

This is an essential Self Care tool that often results in Heart Coherence; in which our Mind, Body and Spirit are in alignment with our thoughts, words and deeds.

There are a multitude of benefits from getting Grounded and Centered; here are a few examples:

Chanting mantras or affirmations can help us to focus our mind and get present in the moment.

Creative Expression

Engaging in creative activities, such as drawing, painting, or writing helps us to tap into our inner wisdom and get into the flow by being in the moment.

Daily Affirmations

Repeating positive affirmations can help individuals shift their perspective and promote a more centered and grounded state of mind.

Deep Breathing

Deep breathing exercises can help us become more consciously in tune with our body by monitoring our breathe and reducing stress levels.

Energy Healing

Practices like Reiki, acupuncture, or other forms of energy healing can help individuals balance their energy and become more centered and grounded.

Gratitude Journaling

Regular journaling helps us to reflect on how our thoughts and emotions are aligned with our inner Truth; it can result in Self Awareness through Self Discovery.
